CHAPA, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of attempted capital murder. A jury found the appellant guilty and assessed punishment at thirty years' confinement.

The dispositive issue before this court is whether the trial court committed reversible error by permitting the prosecutor to elicit testimony from the complainant regarding prior threats against him by appellant's defense counsel. TEX.R.APP.P. 90(a). We reverse...
