The novel question before the court in this case is whether the owner of a multiple dwelling is required by law to cure code violations found in vacant apartments. For the reasons given below, the court holds that a multiple dwelling owner is obligated by statute to correct all violations in his or her building, whether or not some or all of them are found in vacant apartments.<...
