WINTER, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiffs appeal from Judge Elfvin's decision granting summary judgment to defendants, their former employers. Because the plaintiffs' claims are governed by Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act ("the LMRA"), 29 U.S.C. § 185 (1982), and because plaintiffs have failed to exhaust the grievance procedures of the relevant collective bargaining agreements, we affirm.
