This is a Freedom of Speech case. Appellees, Dr. and Mrs. Eduardo Aquino, individually and on behalf of their minor children, brought suit seeking injunctive relief and damages for negligent infliction of emotional distress arising from appellants' picketing of the Aquinos' residence.
