This case involves the construction of Kerman Jackson's will. Kerman Jackson died on March 13, 1986, and was survived by four children, Janice Gabriel, Kerman Jackson, Fannie Mobley and Barbara Conover. Barbara Conover suffered from encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) and was dependent on her father before his death.
