Robert Spenlinhauer appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Maine granting summary judgment for Learjet Corporation on Spenlinhauer's claims for fraudulent and/or negligent misrepresentation. Because we conclude that Spenlinhauer's allegations state a claim for fraudulent misrepresentation under the applicable law, we vacate the district court's judgment as to that claim and remand for trial....
