Plaintiff Larry G. McLain, M.D. (McLain), appeals from an order of the circuit court which granted defendant West Suburban Hospital Medical Center (West Suburban Hospital's), motion to dismiss his complaint. On appeal, McLain contends that the trial court erred in dismissing his complaint. We affirm.
