A 1988 Ford Bronco, registered in the name of Albert Arnold, was forfeited to the State as having been used in the illegal delivery of a controlled substance by Arnold's brother-in-law, Jody Curry. See 1985 Tex.Gen.Laws, ch. 227, § 11, at 1123-24 [Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat. art. 4476-15, § 5.03(a), since repealed and codified in Tex.Code Cr.P.Ann. arts. 59.01-59.02 (Supp.1990)].
