Demetrius A. Keegan appeals his conviction for operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a class D felony under IC 9-11-2-3 (1988).1

We affirm.

The issue on appeal is whether the State met its burden of proving Keegan had a previous conviction of operating while intoxicated within the five (5) years immediately preceding the present offense. Resolution of the issue depends upon the admissibility...
