LEVINE, Justice.

Terry Glaspey appeals from a district court judgment upholding an administrative suspension of Glaspey's driver's license. We reverse.

Glaspey was arrested for driving while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol. Glaspey was notified of the intent to suspend his driving privileges and he requested and received an administrative hearing.
