Movant, James O. Pelton, appeals from the denial, without an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. On May 11, 1988, Pelton plead guilty to second degree robbery, § 569.030, RSMo 1986. He received a suspended imposition of sentence and was placed on five years probation. On March 14, 1989, a hearing was held, and Pelton's probation was revoked as a result of convictions...
