Larry Usher was tried and convicted for the malice murder of Rodney Tuten, for which he received a life sentence.1 He was also convicted of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and burglary arising out of the same incident and was sentenced respectively to 5 years to be served consecutively to the life sentence and 5 years probation.
