NYE, Chief Justice.

The State indicted appellee, Juan Enrique Sanchez, for possessing between fifty and two-hundred pounds of marihuana. Appellee filed a pretrial motion to suppress the contraband, contending that state police officers had discovered it pursuant to an unlawful warrantless stop of his vehicle.
