OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

Intercoastal Warehouse Corporation (IWC) appeals from a judgment based on a settlement agreement announced in open court. The settlement included, among other provisions, that IWC release the principal appellee, Donald R. Barras, from a previous judgment which had been entered in a separate case pending before the Supreme Court. We find that IWC revoked its consent to the settlement agreement before the trial court rendered judgment...
