Carlos Mateo Vargas and Luis A. Duluc-Del Rosario appeal from judgments of conviction in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Leonard B. Sand, J., entered in February 1990. Vargas, Duluc and two others were charged in a two-count indictment with conspiring from May 1 to May 10, 1989 to distribute cocaine, and with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it on May 10, 1989.
