Petitioner Ajibola J. Edun moves to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Petitioner was found guilty in a bench trial of conspiring to import heroin; conspiring to possess heroin with intent to distribute; using or carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime; and using a communication facility to commit these offenses.
