BAKER, J.

Raymond Ontario Scott appeals his conviction of one count of first degree robbery, alleging that the prosecutor improperly commented in closing argument on Scott's postarrest silence and failure to testify, in violation of his rights under U.S. Const. amend. 5 and Const. art. 1, § 9. We affirm.
