Adkins and his wife Randy Sue Adkins, for $600,000 on their claim for personal injuries and loss of consortium based on a violation of section 241(6) of the Labor Law of the State of New York. Plaintiffs have cross-appealed from a grant of summary judgment to Trezins on their claim for damages...
