Appellant Rolando Alayon was charged with distribution of cocaine, two counts of failure to affix tax stamps, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. At the Rasmussen hearing the trial court found that the warrantless entry into the house was based upon probable cause and exigent circumstances.
