BILLINGS, Judge:

Robert M. Brown, David E. Elkins, and Susan B. Elkins appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to suppress evidence seized under a search warrant. Each defendant entered a conditional plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(iv)(1990), reserving the right to appeal the denial of their motion to
