PER CURIAM:

The trial court after a court-tried case entered judgment quieting title in plaintiffs Monte and Martha Gurwit, husband and wife, to a certain 17-acre tract of land in Boone County. Defendants Eugene H. Gruender and Dorothy Gruender, husband and wife, and John R. Gruender and Karen Gruender, husband and wife, have appealed.
