Howell Hydrocarbons, Inc. appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants. The district court granted summary judgment on Howell's RICO claims on the grounds that they were barred by res judicata, and that there was insufficient evidence of the pattern of racketeering necessary to support those RICO claims.
