Appellant, Artie Roy Mayham, appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, namely, cocaine, weighing less than twenty-eight grams. Tex.Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.112(a), (b) (Vernon 1990). The jury rejected appellant's not guilty plea and found him guilty as alleged in the indictment.
