Judgment unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum:

There is no merit to defendant's contention that the court erred by instructing the jury, without a request from counsel, that no unfavorable inference should be drawn from defendant's failure to testify. The record reveals that defendant's attorney requested that instruction.

Defendant concedes that the imposition of consecutive sentences for the crimes charged in each indictment was lawful
