The defendants, John Galinac, Roberta Pisle, and the Township of Swatara, have moved to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Plaintiff, Todd M. Grier, instituted this action on behalf of himself and his minor daughter, Jocelyn E. Grier, after he was allegedly stopped and detained at gunpoint by defendants Galinac and Pisle, police officers for the defendant Township. Count I of the complaint...
