Gordon Buck d/b/a American Metal Fabricating entered into an oral contract with Pappalardo Construction for the furnishing of metal construction materials. These materials were delivered to the construction site at Bay Colony and incorporated into the improvement. The parties disputed the reasonableness of the delivery time.
