This case involves (a) admissibility of evidence that officer issued, or did not issue, citation as evidence that traffic ordinance was violated; (b) whether a defendant is entitled to a jury instruction on no-fault threshold of a permanent injury and (c) the sufficiency of evidence entitling defendant to a comparative negligence instruction as to traffic ordinance possibly violated by plaintiff.
