KENNEDY, Justice.

Ronald Floyd White appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Stephen Schiwetz. By examining the transcript before us, we conclude that White did not perfect his appeal; therefore, we do not have jurisdiction to consider the merits of White's complaints regarding the summary judgment.
