Defendant-Appellant Kevin Lee Hough was charged in the Allen Superior Court, Criminal Division, with the knowing or intentional murder of Martin Eugene Rubrake and Theodore G. Bosler. The State also filed an Application for Death Sentence. The jury found Hough guilty of both counts of murder and further recommended the death penalty be imposed.
