Cesar Kreitz was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967. The state amended the bill to charge possession with intent to distribute cocaine; and defendant pled guilty to the amended charge, reserving his right to appeal the denial of a motion to suppress physical evidence.
