Judgment unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum:

The trial court did not err in admitting testimony from a Town Justice regarding defendant's intoxication. Even if there were error it would be harmless because there is overwhelming evidence of defendant's guilt and there is no significant probability that the jury would have acquitted defendant had it not been for that testimony (see, People v Crimmins, 36 N.Y.2d 230...
