Carolyn Diane Murray was injured in an automobile accident when the car which she was driving was broadsided by a vehicle driven by Felix R. Sapp. She instituted this action against Sapp; his insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers); Circle, Inc., Sapp's employer; and Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate) the insurer of the Murray vehicle.
