The material facts are not in dispute. At all relevant times debtors James and David Carley have been the owners of the Sauk County farm which is the subject of this litigation. In the Fall of 1989 a portion of the farm was sold, under court order, with liens attaching to the $125,000.00 sale proceeds. The remaining portion of the farm is still titled in the Carleys' names.
