EDWARDS, Judge.
From a judgment in a possessory action in favor of defendant, Ann Murray Feiber, and against plaintiffs, Stephen M. Swartley, Jan K. Shaw, and Richard P. O'Leary, dismissing the suit, plaintiffs appeal. We affirm.
