HABHAB, Judge.

Defendant Thap Hy appeals his conviction, following a jury trial, for sexual abuse in the second degree. We affirm.

On January 19, 1989, Kiu Chieng, left her four-year-old daughter, P.L., in defendant's care while she was working at I.B.P. Shortly after 3:00 p.m., Kiu went to open the family's market store.
