The Defendants, Danny Lee Abney and Ronnie W. Story, have plead guilty to a two-count indictment and now await sentencing on December 18, 1990. Abney and Story have raised objections to their presentence reports relating to the appropriate offense level under the United States Sentencing Guidelines.
