Relator Patrick Riley obtained a writ of certiorari seeking review of a decision by the Commissioner of Jobs and Training. The Commissioner determined that Riley was disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation because he committed misconduct by working on his own vehicle on company time. We agree with relator that the record does not demonstrate that Riley knew or should have known...
