("UTI") filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, against the defendant, Soo Line Railroad ("Soo Line"), and the Trustee of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad Company ("Milwaukee Road"). The Milwaukee Road was engaged in reorganization proceedings at the time.
