I. Introduction.

Great Southwest Corporation (GSW) and its sureties appeal from a district court order denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, to alter or amend the judgment, for a new trial, or for remittitur in this breach of contract action. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand for further proceedings.
