This matter comes to be heard on the motion of The Boatmen's National Bank of St. Louis (the "Bank") for an order directing the trustee William A. Brandt, Jr. (the "Trustee") to turn over to the Bank the sum of $17,334.00.1 In addition, the Trustee filed a motion to strike the Bank's surreply memorandum in support of the motion for turnover.
