Plaintiff, Mary Lynn Guidry, brought this action for injuries she allegedly sustained when she slipped and fell in the parking lot of the Park Dell Terrace Shopping Center located in the Moss Bluff Community, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. In her petition for damages, the plaintiff named as a defendant, Park Dell Terrace Partnership (Park Dell), the owner of the shopping center.
