This action was brought by Regina Thomas Walton against Cowin Equipment Company, Inc., Walton's employer, under both 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq.).
