In this wrongful death action, plaintiff Faye Evans appeals from the trial court judgment absolving the City of Shreveport, Officer Johnny Linnear, American Excess Insurance Company, John Minto and F.A. Morgan Bonding Company from liability in the death of Ennest Evans. For reasons stated herein, we affirm.
