THOMAS, Chief Justice.

Charles and Dorinda Garrett sued Alamo Title Insurance of Texas and its agent, First Title Company of Waco, for misrepresenting in a title commitment that the property purchased by the Garretts was not affected by any recorded restrictive covenant. The judgment, which includes damages for mental anguish, lost profits and interest expense, is based on jury findings of two "laundry list" violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices...
