Hamilton damages for discriminatory pay and discharge in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) of 1967, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. The jury found that the 1st Source Bank (hereinafter "Bank") discriminated against Hamilton because of his age by paying him less than younger vice-presidents...
