REDONDO v. STATE

No. 88-1653.

558 So.2d 495 (1990)

Carlos A. REDONDO, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

March 20, 1990.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender, and N. Joseph Durant, Jr., for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Janet Reno, State Atty. and Richard L. Shiffrin, Asst. State Atty., for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and JORGENSON and GODERICH, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Carlos Redondo appeals from a judgment of conviction for conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. We affirm.

Redondo argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain physical evidence. Because the evidence supported the charge on which Redondo was acquitted and not the conspiracy charge on which he was convicted, we hold that the error, if any, was harmless. See Moore v. State, 530 So.2d 61
