This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellees. Appellant filed a petition for a bill of review which the trial court found meritless. The court also imposed sanctions of $120,000. Appellant brings three points of error alleging: (1) refusal of the trial court to recuse himself or refer the case to the presiding judge was abuse of discretion as a matter of law; (2) ruling on the motion for summary judgment and motion...
