Plaintiff-Appellant, Paul Walls (Walls), appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of General Motors, Inc. (GM) in Walls' Mississippi diversity jurisdiction damage suit for personal injuries arising from an automobile accident that occurred in Oregon on September 17, 1986.
