Humberto Zamora brought suit against former employees Gustavo Gonzales and Leonor Garcia for damages and injunctive relief, asserting four causes of action: (1) breach of a nondisclosure contract, (2) conversion of property, (3) civil conspiracy, breach of confidential relationship and unfair competition, and (4) malicious interference with contracts.
