The plaintiff, Charles Meeks, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County which on administrative review affirmed the Board of Review of the Illinois Department of Employment Security's (hereafter "Board") denial of plaintiff's application for unemployment benefits. On appeal the plaintiff contends that the circuit court erred in affirming the Board's decision because it was based on inadmissible hearsay...
